enhance auto switch refresh rate

I knew, auto switching only works for rare of TV boxes.
However, recently I got a box with Amlogic S905X5M chip, and if I enable auto refresh rate in KODI, it works perfectly fine.
So I assume the system API for swtiching is OK.

But then when I do the same in emby TV client, it does work and saying switching rate failed.

Can you check how KODI implement the auto refresh rate feature, and implement the same into emby?
