CAN-OTAM4Y1N2 - Missing Guide Data for Multiple Channels?

Earlier tonight I noticed that several shows scheduled to be recorded this week on Channel 9.1 (CFTO/CTV) were missing from the schedule. When I checked the Guide I found that there is no programming shown for that channel this week. There is Guide data for CTV from October 31 to November 7, and then nothing listed past that (it should be showing listings for 14days). Listings were missing or incomplete for a few other channels as well (10.2-MeTV in the image below, 8.1-CBS past November 6).

 

I checked the Schedules Direct listings in NextPVR, and they are for CTV with "The Traitors Canada" scheduled to record at 9pm tonight.

 

Guide data for CTV is also populated in the HDHomerun App.

 

Here are the properties displayed Channel 9.1 in Emby:

 

I've attached a log that captures the Channel Scan. I don't see any obvious errors in it that would explain the issue.

@DarWun This appears to have been a transient issue with the data provided by Gracenote and now it appears ok.

Channel 9.1 has schedule data fir 29 October to 12 November 

Similarly 8.1 and 10.2

Note that Emby Server caches data for 24 hours so any fix by Gracenote in last 24 hours may not get picked up until the caching period expires

try to clear the cache data by deleting the files within this directory and then doing a guide refresh

/var/packages/EmbyServer/var/cache/httpclient

Alternatively the updated schedules should get picked up on the periodic guide refresh after cache expiry

Thanks for looking in to this so quickly @sa2000. When the Refresh Guide Scheduled Task ran this morning, listings for all channels with missing data were updated for the full fourteen days.

Sometims gracenote have issues with the feeds they get from the stations and these would reflect in our Emby Guide
