darkside40 107 Posted October 27, 2025 Posted October 27, 2025 Because i already had all the bits and pieces together from my two other Notification plugins in build one for the Mastodon API. Dont know if it is useful for anyone but me. With that you can forward your Emby Notifications to Server that implement the Mastodon Client API for example Mastodon and GoToSocial. I think there are many other out there which i have not tested. Just like my other plugins this wont make it into the plugin catalog. If you are interested you can get the code on Codeberg: https://codeberg.org/bjoerns1983/Emby.Plugin.MastodonNotification/releases For new versions etc. refer to the landing page for my projects: https://bjoerns1983.codeberg.page/
Luke 42077 Posted October 27, 2025 Posted October 27, 2025 Hi, thanks for sharing. Why can't it go in the catalog?
darkside40 107 Posted October 29, 2025 Author Posted October 29, 2025 Simple because i cant assure these demands @ebr posted back then: Unfortunately posting the specific comment does not work.

darkside40 107 Posted October 29, 2025 Author Posted October 29, 2025 If i go onto the forums post, click the three dots, click on share and try to copy that to the clipboard the clipboard entry is empty. It works in this thread here thought

Never encountered that, have no issues sharing comments in any forum - and I do share a lot of them. Have you tried just clicking on the link instead of trying to copy it? Edit: Here's @ebr's post from linked topic: Edited October 29, 2025 by GrimReaper Link
