german m3u8 playlist support?

sorry, it's a newbie question but i couldn't find an answer in this forum ....
I try to use the link: https://github.com/Free-TV/IPTV/blob/master/playlists/playlist_germany.m3u8

because it's the best german version i found and there are no issues using it in VLC.
Import/using the link in emby plugin m3utuner: I didn't get an error message, but it doesn't work ("no elements found")?!
I don't know, if it is an issue with the link (m3u8 vs. m3u) or if there is a parameter not correct.

Does anybody use a german playlist with no problems?

Sorry, i don’t have a playback issue. Just asking if the mentioned link is okay and the m3u8 Version will be supported?! If yes, I have to search my problem in the settings, if no I hope anybody can post an alternativ link.

Please try it with a local download of the m3u8 file. If it doesn't work, remove the "Ⓖ" and "Ⓨ" symbols inside the m3u8 file.
