intro/outro highlight & variable media control delay

Hi there,

I have a couple small qol suggestions.

Optional highlighting of intro/outro segments on seek bar. Uses your chosen accent color.

&

Being able to change how fast the player controls gui fades out when you hover over a video. This is more important for the clients on PC I feel, I would rather it disappear instantly instead of lingering around and fading out after seeking or changing subtitles.
