Subtitle handling is bad (getting out of sync, not displaying at all, not displaying when text in stream)

Temp solution works (https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/89275-subtitles-out-of-sync/#findComment-915989) but slowdown playback significantly

PS 

Now i understand why slowdown appears

With option CPU load is low

But without 100% whole time

Video is 1080p HEVC

Looks like when resuming

First play sync good (even when fast forwarding)

When resume sync breaks

Around 5s subs ahead video

Is it cos feature that backwards on resume?

I have seen such setting (secs back on resume) but cant remember where

Mb I should disable that setting
