Subtitle Download Error

When attempting to download subtitles i get the following error

Firstly, your requests to Podnapisi are timing out and failing. If Podnapisi is blocked in your area, then you might as well just remove the plugin to avoid having it keep trying.

And what exactly are you trying to download subtitles on?

I have checked and there is English subtitles available,

but none seem to work

@stuffiewhat exactly did you check? What did you find?

also seems to be an issue with most of my library i have tried other movies and other subtitles to no avail.

i used tt5700672 to look up the subtitles on opensubtitles.com, also i have VIP so i have increased limit for downloads, 

for which i am nowhere near my limit.
