+1 - Same issue here. Mac mini server - nothing in my configuration has changed. Comcast internet with 8096 forwarded. Recently updated to the newest beta server software but cant be sure thats when it broke. I dont use remote access very often.

Working now @Luke

I discovered a phantom device on my network that was assigned the same IP address as my Emby server. That was probably messing up the port forwarding.

On that note though, I was never able to get remote working using UPnP, only when I went in and specified the forwarding did it work. I’m using a Xfinity gateway with no additional networking equipment. I made sure UPnP was enabled.

A note to everyone out there trying to get this set up. It will NOT work unless you forward the port. Period.
