Emby realtime Library updates on Truenas Scale not working

I use the newest Truenas Scale Version and installee Emby as a docker app. I added my Mediafiles as a readonly Volume mount (so no SMB or NFS). I can add my media by manually updating my library and Playback works perfect. The only thing that does not work are automatic realtime library updates. If i put new files in the directory, there is no update happening. What can be done to solve this?
