iOS Emby App not allowing download (have already unlocked)

I've had Emby the last 5-6 years and unlocked the app on my iPhone very early on so I could use the download / offline video feature.

 

I stream via the app daily but the last time I downloaded a video was 2-3 months ago. I got a new iPhone 1 month ago and I went to download something today & am getting an error message to say "Your Emby Premiere device limit has been exceeded" and is asking me to check with the administrator or else to subscribe to Emby Premiere. This used never happy previously & I just needed to "Restore" my Unlock purchase. Even though I've unlocked it this time I still get the same error message.

 

Any ideas?

Not using iOS app, but AFAIK Offline media was always a Premiere feature, App unlock only enables Full playback. 

Maybe you were connected to Premiere server at the time of previous downloads - or maybe it was just a hole that was plugged now. 

Either way, App unlock does not enable downloads (or at least it doesn't supposed to).

Hi, right the download feature has always required Emby premiere. The unlock is for basic playback only. We work very hard on Emby and we thank you for your support.
