Since changing to an iMac M4, I cannot find any access (through right-clicks etc) to Collections in order to add an item to an existing Collection or introduce a new Collection  I have tried binning the server and attempting to download another ... but the options are only for M1 and M2. There is no option for M4. Any help would be welcome.

HI there, is the user you're logged in with an admin on the server?

No, I don't think so.

OK you will need to make that user an admin or login as an admin user in order to manage collections. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.

The current situation is that my son-in-law Ben set the system up for me (in his name) since we were having problems in our new house with my new Mac. This aside, I cannot see anywhere to make Ben an 'Admin' or create a new user (me as an admin) that I can deal with - it recognises me as a user but I seem to go round in circles with trying to connect. For example, when I select 'Change User', I get options 'Ben' or 'Manual Login'. On selecting Manual Login, my user name (andrex991) is recalled and suggests a password ... which is then rejected. So I go for 'Forgot Password' which points to a password reset file that gives a url that then gives something that doesn't work ... and I give up! Can you give me some relevant help?

Hi, what exactly do you feel doesn't work? Please describe in more detail. The password reset process works just fine.

Have you forgotten your admin password, or both your admin username and password?

Yes ... is there a way to retrieve it or reset?

... also what do I select to have the option of logging in as an admin? Thank you for your efforts incidentally.

Yes, just go through the password reset process and when it asks for your username, leave it blank.

All now working thank you Luke. I can now add to and create new collections.
