Odd Resize Behavior between Win 10 and Win 11

I have Emby for Windows v2.234.2.0 on my laptop which is Windows 10 Pro v19045 and my Desktop which is Windows 11 Pro v26100.

On the Laptop when I drag the sides to resize the video resizes making it easy to trim off the black bars on the sides.  However, on my Desktop it does not resize until I let go of the side.  Not as easy to resize to fit.

Not a huge issue, just a weird one.
