What time did the problem occur?

When I discovered it I immediately took a screenshot and downloaded the log. Earlier this afternoon I was still playing content via Emby on my Android.

OK we'll take a look at it. Thanks.

Just to clarify... the moment I took the screenshot and downloaded the log I immediately posted this yesterday

Hi we are working on it. Thanks.

Almost a week later, I'm curious what can be done about it because Emby sometimes stops playing content

Davey,

Suspect Linux folder access rights and external mounted drive like volume1 not reachable with ffprobe and Emby server.  I don't know what the process is for a Linux install to make sure all mounted drives are available to Emby. Do folder group and owner rights give correct access?  Perhaps you skipped a step.

Example line 334 of log file above:

Quote

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path '/volume1/Films-Davey'.

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException happens 256 times.

That's strange. I remember the "films-Davey" folder from a few months ago, but it was deleted both on the NAS and in the Emby library.
But why is it still in the database?

Hi, how did you determine that it's still in the database?
