Cinema Intros does not work at all?

I wanted to enable Cinema Intros on my server again, it is stable v4.9.1.80.
Here are my settings:

 

If I start any movie, I don't get a trailer. The movie just starts. 
Shouldn't I get trailers of new movies now?

Does your Movie library show any trailers in Trailers tab?

yes, almost all are not viewed yet...

Just tested on 4.9.1.80 Web app, have no issues. 

Edit: Is CinemaIntros enabled in client app?

After I enabled the trailer archive, these trailers seem to work, too - at least in webapp, getting errors in App for Windows. But this is another problem for sure.
Do you have that enabled, too?

No, I replicated your settings, only New and Upcoming in Trailers and Movies+New and upcoming in Cinema Intros.

Enable Debug logging, so you'll see trailer playback attempt entries/links, if any.
