the.chad 0 Posted October 20, 2025 Posted October 20, 2025 The normal bullet proof Auto-Organize plugin for me has suddenly stopped working. Any new movies or TV Shows I've placed into my monitored folder is returning the results "No Provider Metadata found". Have tried stripping out all metadata plugins and installing them fresh. Also tried using different metadata plugins & ensuring they have been re-ordered in the library preferences. Have manually checked each metadata website and confirmed shows I'm attempting to organise do have matching entries on the webpage. Wondering if there's any new issues that have come up with recent updates, as it has only stopped working in the past 1-2 weeks? Any help would be much appreciated! embyserver (5).txt
Luke 42077 Posted October 20, 2025 Posted October 20, 2025 HI there, can you please provide a specific example? How to Report a Problem Thanks !
the.chad 0 Posted October 20, 2025 Author Posted October 20, 2025 Gah sorry, example is obvious to provide! Attached logs have me attempting to auto-organize Alien Earth Season 1 Episode 3. Attached is the error msg it shows on the plugin menu. From prior server logs, I've attempted this at 2025-10-20 22:01:40.289 I also enabled debug mode in logs and tried again at 2025-10-20 22:10:48.553 if it provides any extra info that would help.
Luke 42077 Posted October 20, 2025 Posted October 20, 2025 What metadata fetchers are enabled on the library that this will be organizing into?
the.chad 0 Posted October 21, 2025 Author Posted October 21, 2025 Stripped them out for testing. So at the moment only have the the TvDb plugin enabled for TV shows.

Luke 42077 Posted October 22, 2025 Posted October 22, 2025 Also you have D:\Media\TV Shows added to two TV shows libraries. Generally this is not recommended. Did you make sure that both libraries have the exact same library options?

Did you make sure that both libraries have the exact same library options? Oh hey, think I got it fixed! Your message had me peak a little closer into libraries. I've always seen two listing with one tagged as "mixed content" but always ignored them as they had 0 folders noted on them with no paths setup either. But when looking at their metadata fetcher settings I found they were all disabled, turning them back on brought Auto-Organize back to life! Have it working, so that's the happy part for me. Curious though on what these are though? Thanks so much for the help on this
Luke 42077 Posted October 23, 2025 Posted October 23, 2025 I think it would be better to remove one because inevitably you’ll just end up forgetting to keep the library options in sync between the two
