playback issue

Hey, I just set up a new Emby server with version 4.9.1.80, and when I pause live TV from HDHomeRun and then unpause it, the picture gets all choppy.

 

I've added the transcode log, and I'm wondering if I forgot to install a codec or messed up a setting somewhere?

the report from transcode.  Sorry for whatever reason my phone keeps making the reports to pdf if I choose to save a copy to send, it gives no options just does it, really annoying.

I think this issue is something I have done or maybe not done, I think I have forgotten to configure something?

Can you try downloading the original as plain text using the 3 dot menu?

I cant, I completely reset windows and rebuilt the server to rule out any issues I may have introduced.  it is a clean build now just waiting for it to scan my media (there is a lot so will likely take days) I choose to not restore from backup to make sure I had a clean copy and finally finished the tv guide last night  

please for future builds add an ability to export and import the tv guide channel mapping and for the love of sanity add a search to help find the channel in the  guide data as it takes forever to find the ones that need mapped manually
