HLS stalled buffer detection

@LukeIs there any way within a plugin to detect when HLS in an Emby client playing an IPTV stream has a stalled buffer. This stall in HLS is well known. If such detection is possible, I think I can mitigate the problem. I have monitored the events in the session manager and have not been successful finding anything that reveals this buffer stall.

Hi, no, not really. Virtual tv is just providing data. It's not really something the plugin should worry about.

@LukeOf course it's not something that a virtual tv plugin should worry about. I am trying to mitigate this problem as a learning exercise. It's a problem similar to the lack of skip ahead in Emby clients when playing EPG programs. That problem has now been solved. This time the problem is buffer stalls in IPTV, caused by HLS.  It's both instructive and fun to resolve problems like this. And in this case the solution is entertaining because after the fix, HLS will play IPTV content without interruptions. I know that I probably ask you more questions than most users, and as such become annoying at times. I apologize and hope that my attention to Emby is a complement to you.  I hope also that you have noticed that I have progressed from the time that you first gave me the virtualTVexample code. You have done well teaching me and you have my gratitude.
