Emby puts specific Seasons in other Seasons

Today I've been kinda dumbfounded while trying to input the anime "Seven Deadly Sins" into emby.
The show has 4 seasons and specials - I got everything named correctly, each file named with S00E00 format and in line with tvdb - emby also recognizes all episodes from the correct season. But for some reason, Season 3 and 4 get put into Season 2, despite Emby knowing it doesn't belong there. I tried rescanning, updating metadatas, deleting nfo files, everything, but for some reason I can't fix it
The 4 Special episodes also, in addition to being in the special folder, get put into Season 1 for some reason

Why is the example episode in a subfolder (Folge 1) rather than in the season folder itself?  Is that true of all of them?

For the specials, have you checked their metadata for the fields which specify where in the season(s) they should be placed?  If you clear these fields they will stay in the specials folder only.

"Folge" means "Episode", so I got one subfolder for each episode. It's like that for every 100+ shows I have and from my knowledge that never interfered with anything. The show also worked fine the first time I uploaded it, but I changed a bit of metadata and season-folder names and it ended up like this after i re-did everything to how it was before.

Also to specials: I figured out the issue for that, so no help needed anymore

What was the issue with specials?

Emby automatically filled out "Airs during / before episode"

Well it either came from tvdb or existing nfo files.

Can you try refreshing the metadata on those season 3 episodes and see if that helps? Thanks.

Didn't change anything. They still stay in the season 2 folder, despite Emby saying they belong to season 3

If you click on the episode it will bring you to the episode detail screen. From there it should have a link to the season under the episode title. What season does it take you to?
