Error while identifying artist

When I try to identify artist, following error is logged:

It seems a connectivity error with musicbrainz.emby.tv.

From the same machine I did a ping against musicbrainz.emby.tv and it responded. However, I tried to access from a different device, with a different Internet connection (no firewalls, vpn, etc) and it's not working either.
