Apple TV not playing imported media from Plex libary

I'm confident this is a setup issue but not sure what to fix.  I have been running Plex on unraid and it has access to a share on a different NAS.  Works good.  I set up emby with the same share access and it can see the movies and TV shows and it downloaded cover art for them but it won't play anything or load anything beyond the cover image.  This a remote share issue or emby doesn't really like the Plex file structure?

Moved some things over to local.  Have a file that plays one one that still gives the error above.
