Emby on Roku won't accept password

Emby recognizes my server on my Roku but won't accept my password. Emby works fine on Fire Stick and Windows PC with my password.

On the Emby server dashboard settings. Find the "devices" tab and click it. A list of all the devices that have ever connected are shown. These store a secure token hash that the client must match. Sometimes these fall out of sync if you change password or some other reason. You can fix it by deleting the according device from the devices tab. In this case you want to delete every single Roku device shown. Do not worry these device tokens will regenerate and this time generate the same hash or possibly a new hash. But in any case, this should then solve the issue and the device should then be allowed to connect as a client.
