Hevc transcode not working using browser.

@Lukehevc is not being used for me when playing live tv mpeg2 via browser. its always using h264.  is this a bug or the way it should be?

arguably this is the largest file that should be transcoded smaller?

Per @Lukerequest for logs and such.  here they are.

live tv hdhomerun mpeg2 will not use the new hevc transcode.   tried multiple browsers.

Looks to be on the local network.  Can you confirm.  My local network does not transcode, on reason to, but then again I don't use the web browser much so....  Also, the HDHomerun 4k does transcoding on the device itself I believe.

this instance ive shown is local(it shouldnt matter local or not). i have all on device transcoding off(hdhomerun). Remote users also using browsers transcodes h264 as well for antenna tv.

its a mpeg 2 stream.  and getting transcoded to h264.  this is the issue its not transcoding to hevc. the latest server release is supposed to be using hevc on browser and some new android apps. this bug report is for mainly the browser as that was hevc supported
