claptnei 3 Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Same for me, some Hevc files stopped working in Edge but still working in Chrome
Luke 42077 Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 @claptnei Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!

pgriffith 88 Posted October 12, 2025 Posted October 12, 2025 Hi guys I have a fresh install of 4.9, I'm using the latest version of Edge (Version 141.0.3537.71) I just went through my library and played about 10 different HEVC files and they all played without any issue. So, it's not inherently Edge that is the problem.
