Seems 4.9.1.80 has broken alot of stuff

I'm having alot of issues after updating to 4.9.1.80. My scans take 4 to 5 times longer than before to complete. Search seems slower. I now have alot of ghost genres displayed that were never there before. I can click on it but there are no movies are tvshow listed. Duplicates seems better now, they show under one title / space and video playback seems better. Not sure how to fix the ghost genders coming up. They weren't there before and I checked my Tiny Media Manger and they aren't there. I'm having the same issue on my Windows server and the QNAP. I tired rescaning the libaray and metadata and vacuuming the database restarting the server. Any help to fix would be great.

OK here is the server logs and some screenshots of the issues.

IMDB genres use different works and capitalization, compared to your entries above.  I believe if you get a genre name wrong, then all media may fail to show up when the library is rescanned for genres.  Did you manually put media into genres of your choice in the past?  This could explain, why you had genres before that worked and now you don't.  The only exactly correct names you listed above that now shows no items are Music and Short.  Double check the media you previously listed in the Music genre actually have Music genres with IMDB.  Also double check that neither Music or Short have an extra space at the beginning or end of he genre title.

I believe Tags may not survive and update.  That might be something to check.

Red text shows a different name than the ones you use.  Notice there is no Anime, nor Martial Arts, nor Stand Up.  Your Game show genre is missing a capital S.  Your Reality is missing -TV.  

I think these differences can result in no listings in genres, after an update.

Not sure I understand what you mean. I shouldn't have any titles under Game Show, Music, PMedia, Anime, Martial Arts, Short, Reality, Serie Vostfr. That is what it should be. when I click on those genres it shows nothing in the folder. That is right. What I dont understand is why the genres is coming up in the first place if nothing is there. Before the 4.9.1.80 update they did not display because there was nothing there to display. Why are they there now? I dont what to see them listed for empty content.

Regarding genres, there is an open issue about some genres showing in the list that shouldn't be there, and therefore on the next screen when you click on it. We are working on resolving that.

Yes thanks Luke, that is my main issue now. The others seem to have worked themself out after an few re-scans of the Library. I'll wait for the fix. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something I did.

I updated to 4.9.1.90 still seeing empty genres folders I click on martial arts genres, but nothing is there. I don't have an movies listed under that genres. Not sure what the issue is with Emby. I never had this issue before 4.9.1.80. I also use Tiny Media Manager and Plex but both of those don't have this genres listed. I really don't want to downgrade my server because the other improvements you guys have been making. Just wanted to give you guys time to fix it hopefully it works on next update. Also great job or search improvements. Night and day difference. Before it took so long it wasn't wroth using it, you could scroll to want you wanted before the search would complete. Its really fast now.

Yeah it's been an issue for a while now since before release of current stable version.

I already can't update from 4.8.11.0 to newest stable build because of this issue. 

Hopefully the fix is for the current stable build and no pushed into beta cycle. 

Having to wait god only knows how long for the current beta for this fix would suck.

Will this also fix the empty "network" issue as well. 
I'm still stuck on 4.8 b/c of this and would very much like to install latest stable release.
