I've been testing the plugin, and it works excellently!
Everything runs smoothly with Ktuvit integration—subtitles download quickly and correctly. Nice work!

I'm using this plugin for over a week in my Emby server and it works flawlessly.

Thank you!

I just randomly had this plugin get installed in my environment.  I did not request it.  While it seems like it would be very useful, I won't need it, but rebooting the server does not resolve the "Reboot this Server" issue and it does not show up in the Plugins page. image.png.476e870f021a49d4a669325b2dd840f9.png

I removed it from the plugins folder and it reinstalled.  I then uninstalled it through the plugin page, and it came back on next restart.  @LukeThis is on the latest beta.  image.png.e2ca30b67cbcca6c4956072d16d36e53.png

Hi.  Are you sure the .dll file was actually deleted?

Did you participate in the beta with this plugin and install it manually at any time?

No, never installed the plugin before. I do not need subtitles outside of open subtitles. I removed the DLL, the plugin was removed, then immediately reinstalled on restart. I uninstalled it through the plugin page (where it was not showing before) and restarted the server. It then reinstalled immediately after restart.

Tested it myself on my Emby server and asked some friends to do the same.

We didn't face the same issue. Uninstalling the plugin either via Emby or manually removing the DLL & restarting Emby Server did not reinstall the plugin.

Anyway, as a precaution, I have regenerated a new assembly GUID & updated Emby's package.

@ellisd4please remove the DLL manually: %appdata%\Emby-Server\programdata\plugins\Emby.Ktuvit.Plugin.dll

And restart your Emby server. Please update if the plugin does not reinstall itself again.

It looks like maybe since you updated the GUID the re-install stopped happening.  I did remove the DLL manually previously, and it reinstalled automatically the next time the update check ran.  I removed it about 6 hours ago through the plugin manager and so far so good.  Thanks!

Glad to hear it!

I wonder what caused it because I remember for sure I generated a new GUID before publishing this plugin. But it might be a human mistake on my end.

Anyways, my apologies for this.

No worries! I always love to see new plug-ins added to the catalog and the amazing work of the contributors! This one just isn’t one that I will be able to take advantage of. Glad we got it figured out 🙂
