This might be a silly question, but how do I get Emby to show me collection posters instead of these folders? The view is set to primary.

That should've been downloaded automatically (or collage created). Check if TMDB fetcher is enabled in your Collections library?

Hmm I don't have a collections library. This is the just the collections tab/section within my movies library. (which is fine, that's how I would prefer it and don't want a separate library for just collections)

Hm, you should have one regardless. Can you share a screenshot of your Settings>Library tab in the sidebar?

There's no need to post in multiple topics, I can see from your other post that you still have Scan in progress - wait for it to finish, you'll get both Collections library and posters downloaded.

Haha...sorry...I started posting in the wrong thread!

Yep, sorry. I had another topic open in a different thread and responded in the wrong one. :)

Did this happen?

No, it didn't. I waited for the full scan to complete and do now have a library for collections, but no poster art for them. I can see poster art in the cover/thumb thing for the collections library itself, but inside the library they just look like folders.

If TMDB meta-downloader is enabled, try unticking/ticking it back again, run Refresh Metadata on one Collection afterwards to check how it behaves.

I'll give that a shot. TMDB was enabled.

Then again, if you're seeing collage there, that would indicate posters were already downloaded, they're just not showing in the UI - if you access Collections library from another browser (or clear browsing data in the current one), do the posters load? And if you enter any of those collections detail view, is the poster present there?

Edit: If you navigate to your server programdata\metadata\collections folder in your filesysyem, do collection subfolders have artwork present?

Refreshing the metadata while choosing the options to look for missing metadata and replacing images does the trick. :)
