why search subtitles not work ?

Hello,

I like Emby (and have Emby Premiere), and I also have a Plex Lifetime Pass.

Here's the problem: I've set up my OpenSubtitles account inside Emby, but it never seems to find subtitles automatically. I constantly have to download subtitles manually and add them to my media folders.

In contrast, Plex always searches for subtitles and they work fine right away.

Am I the only one experiencing this, or is Emby's subtitle search not working as expected for others as well? I'm hoping to understand why Emby is failing to find them when Plex succeeds."

Hi Luke, i have setup the opensubtitles account in SETTINGS, and inside movies or series library SUBTITLES DOWNLOADER opensubtitles

And what about the options above that? I'm assuming open subtitles is checked? Can you please show that screenshot?

Did you compare to what open subtitles has on their website for Spanish (Latin America) and Spanish ?
