Duplicate Server: enhance thumbnail image creation settings

Hi Forum.

I'm having an Issue like someone stated in this topic before:

Many of my media just show a Logo or a black screen cause the intro of these shows is longer then 10 seconds. 

I cant find a good solution right now so I want to place it as a Feature request here.

Possible solutions (at least for me, maybe not the best for all) could be:

* Give the possibility to manually set the Time of when to pick the thumbnail from within the media file. (Seems to be 10 seconds right now)

* Give the possibility to change the thumbnail manually by selecting a chapter thumbnail from the server
