Emby causes CPU to be fully loaded, making the webpage and services inaccessible.

问题描述：Emby进程突然导致CPU满载，有时甚至达到99%，导致Emby网页界面和服务同时崩溃，无法访问。我已经禁用了视频转码和元数据抓取功能，但我不知道为什么 CPU 仍然过载。

Kindly reply here in the topic, not using Report Malicious for troubleshooting purposes.

Screenshot you've shown is in foreign language, but I'd assume it's Settings>Transcoding tab - you can't disable transcoding altogether there (or anywhere else), only HWA, you can only revoke user permission to transcode: you need to go into each user settings and disable "Allow video (or audio) transcoding during media playback" for each user separately.

Then restart the server and see how things compare.

I tried, and uninstalling both plugins, the situation still persists.
