Subtitles problem fixed wide Emby diagnostics

hello. when direct play all embeded subtitles and external srt subtitles work great. but when trancoding to 720p 1mbp the subs dont show or sometimes shows double. and when i fast forward the video starts, but subs take 2 minutes to start to show. find an alternative that fixes everything. emby diagnostics plugin. just need to enable 2 options. "disable HLS subtitles" turned on and "Disable Subtitle Streams " turned on too. this 2 settings fix all the problems. now i fast forward and the subs show imediatly and no more double line subtitles. and works with embeded subtitles and external srt. the problem is that emby diagnostics plugin dont save if i restart. its possible to allow to save when restarting? because with this two options on everything works 100%. direct play, transcoding, embeded subtitles, external subtitles. everything. so i ask you if its possible to allow save emby diagnostics so when restarts those options are still on. thanks. i would apreciate.
