Metadata reset, Emby requiring a full rescan

Just recently, I would say in the past 10 days, I've had Emby requiring a full scan of my library, and EVERY image in my Movies folder and all metadata is now gone. Luckily I have the backup plugin so I can roll back to a date where I have all the metadata and the images for my library, but every time I roll back, then a media scan wipes out all my metadata and images again. I tried uninstalling things like the Cover Art plugin to see if that might be the cause of it, but it is still doing it. So I've attached my logs here. Please assist! Thanks in advance!

I'm considering reverting back to the previous version because after removing certain plugins, I keep getting the same problem where my entire Movies database has all the metadata and the images removed when it is doing a media scan. Any idea why it's doing it? When I got to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server, I se a system and a system.old folder, and I read that I could just rename my system.old folder to the system folder, but the system.old folder is from 7/26/2025, and I believe I've been on the newest version of Emby more recently than that...at least, this new problem has been happening only the last 2 weeks or so. I have backups of the library with all the metadata and images from 9/30/2025, so I'm able to return to that day to get all my metadata back, but every scheduled scan trashes my entire Movies library.
I see a few people having the same problems that I have, but it looks like their problems were resolved. It doesn't give a great idea of what happened to resolve the problem, so I'm still stuck in limbo here. I had to up the number of backups to 99 because I didn't want to lose the one backup I know works correctly. Can anyone assist? @Lukedo you have a minute to look at my case? It might be something simple like a folder that has a bad name or a bad character that's causing this, but I've went through some of the log and nothing really sticks out as an easy fix that would stop this problem.

I thought I would wait for the next version and play the backup/restore game. I have a backup that I've saved that had all the original metadata, but I went ahead and let Emby scan all the data on my server - I would say I probably lost about 15-20% of the metadata that I had to manually enter in the previous version. Would you say that it is "fixed" - I bounced back and forth between backups trying to get Emby to not have to start from scratch, so it is still an ongoing problem for me right now, but I have something workable, just not ideal.

If you've upgraded and repaired the titles that were impacted, then I would ay that's the best way forward. Apologies for the disruption.
