Adjust size of the Top shelf

Hi, 

I cannot find a setting for the size of the top shelf for the ATV.

Actually, I would like to have the size of Top Shelf marked with Arrow "1" in the screenshot to display in the size as shown with Arrow "2", and maybe vice versa.

Is this at all possible?
