Live TV Guide Refresh Performance

Good Day!  I am running the latest stable emby release "4.9.1.80" on unraid and still am suffering from painfully long guide refreshes.  The times do not appear to change between the previous stable version and the current one.  Has everyone had the same experience?

Are you running a vpn on your router ? are you hard wired to a repeater instead of the main router ? 

Ram?

Cpu?

Internet speed?

More info is great.
