NortherNerd 3 Posted October 4, 2025 Posted October 4, 2025 Hi, When I launch Emby on my Roku, I see the Emby logo and then it crashes back to the Roku Home screen. As far as I know, there has been no changes to my home network. It worked Thursday night, it did not work Friday night. Here is what I've tried so far: Reboot the Roku Power cycle the Roku Un-install the Emby app and re-install I found a command on the Emby site to clear cache. Home x 5, Up, Rewind x 2, Fast Forward x 2. This did not resolve the problem I tried to get the logs from Roku. I put Roku into developer mode, telnet into port 8085, but that doesn't seem to work I rebooted my Emby server I can access Emby from my PC, my iPhone, my iPad - so I don't think the Emby server is at fault here. Plus, I don't even get past the Emby logo, and after un-installing and re-installing, it should have at least prompted me for server name/ip I reset the network connection on my Roku and re-logged into my home network I checked to make sure that the Roku software was up to date - it is Roku: Software version 14.6 Emby: Version 4.1 build 49 Any help would be appreciated Thanks.
