Is my server down?

Been trying to load my emby (server being used is provided by [redacted]) but the app loads with no content provided. 
 

not sure if this is an issue with the app or the server itself. Please help!

It's a server I pay for content. I guess the most appropriate question is: this is an issue with the server itself? Not the app

It most likely is, and you will have to contact whoever charged you for access - which is in direct breach of Emby's Terms of Service and there will be no commercial usage facilitating on official forums.
