Resume not working

embyserver.txtffmpeg-transcode-973a362c-fabc-45cb-a638-a056928518bd_1.txtHere are some of the logs.  This only seems to happen on computers.  My phone and TV do not seem to run into this issue.  On the pc, I will be watching a show and the video and audio will get out of sync.  If I go back to the episode selection and click resume, it just spins.  Then if I click back again and resume it starts the episode/movie over at the beginning.

In the ffmpeg log it will have a CodecTag of Xvid. This won't be displayed on the screen you just showed. But you can also see it at the bottom of the web app detail screen.

How should I proceed with this.  It does look like the videos I am having issues with have the codectag of xvid

Xvid is always a tough nut. if it's only a few of these you might want to consider using our convert feature to convert them to a friendlier format:
