Error ocured when I want to start a movie:

"Playback of this content is currently restricted. Please contact your emby server administrator for more information".

Are you using your own server or someone else's?

Then you will need to follow error dialog/notice and contact server admin as they've put some restriction for your user, likely transcoding permission disabled or number of devices you can use. In any case, nothing that can be sorted from your (client) side
