please help i tried everything ffmpeg and it says no compatible streams available

have you rebooted your server machine (not just restarted emby, but actually rebooted the machine the emby server is running on). i get this error every few months, and that tends to solve it.

No its still there i can see it and open the files what do you mean by offline because i have other drives and their shows work good

I tried to it didn’t work it works when i downgrade the version and the update but it works for a couple hours and goes back

Well to the server it looks like that file is not there.

It could be that it's not there, or it could be that the server is being denied access to it.

may be the permissions denied error error you got is why the emby server could not see the files

its fixed i just chmod and gave permissions i didnt think of it cuz it just worked for months and just suddenly idk why stopped working
