Remove chapters images from ui

I was messing the settings to my Tv Show liberty and turned on Video Preview Thumbnails and maybe markers too. (honestly not sure) To see what they did. Kinda dumb I know. 

Lucky I noticed that it was creating chapters and stopped the task in its tracks and it was only able to add chapters to 2 shows. 

I noticed in my files that emby had created bin files, and I deleted those hoping it would remove the chapters from the UI in emby. It didn't and now I have 2 shows that have this chapter row and I would like to get rid of it. 

What do I need to delete to make it go away?

Found the answer hidden in another post. (Thanks Google!) lol

You have to refresh metadata. 

This can be closed or deleted if wanted.
