Duplicate Add option to set default playback speed for all videos

Currently, Emby always starts video playback at 1x speed, and if a user wants to watch at 1.5x, 2x, or any other speed, they must manually change it each time.

I would like to suggest adding a setting (per user or per device) that allows choosing a default playback speed. For example, if I set it to 2x, every video I play should start at 2x automatically, unless I change it.

This would save time and provide a better user experience for people who consistently prefer a different playback speed.
