Update messed up the LOCKED movies after update to Version 4.9.1.80.

Update on Synology DS1520+ to version 4.9.1.80... restarted and it started to scan the media library. Stuck at 26.2 for 1hour. rebooted Emby again. did scan file library  on just movies and all the movies that I manually changed to LOCKED. Are now unlocked and everything is messed up...UGH
