Media description text selection disabled when there is no "popup" dialog

When viewing short-ish description via the webapp, text-selection is disabled.
This is caused by the text being wrapped in a `button` element which is `disabled`:

<button
    disabled="disabled" <!-- this prevents text-selection -->
    type="button"
    is="emby-button"
    class="button-link button-link-color-inherit btnOverviewText text-align-start emby-button button-hoverable"
    style="opacity:initial;"
>
	<div class="overview-text readOnlyContent">
    	Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Fusce dapibus porta turpis vel interdum. Sed ac arcu nibh. Sed consequat aliquam ligula. Nunc lectus elit, porta et orci ut, commodo commodo libero. Etiam suscipit euismod quam, vel faucibus libero suscipit ac.
  	</div>
</button>

This only seems to occur when the text is short and doesn't show visible ellipsis/text-wrap (the "..." at the end of the text).

Personally I found this really annoying as it impedes copying/pasting text, technical terms, etc from the description.
I put this in General because I wasn't sure if this was a bug or should be an FR.

Hi, yes it’s related to the more button.

Could we maybe fix this? Otherwise we won't be able to copy / select text from the description field which might be nice / handy when a description is filled with technical terms or references we want to copy instead of type.

Hi, we'll take a look at it. Thanks.
