mhutchison 5 Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 This problem seems to have started with the Samsung One UI 8.0 update. I have a constant 300-400Mbps at my work location on cellular. I login to the the Web App on Chrome mobile and no issue. Only the app. At home on my LAN, no issue. Just throwing this out there.

mhutchison 5 Posted October 2, 2025 Author Posted October 2, 2025 So, I figured it out. I looked through the log for giggles and once I saw transcoding, it dawned on me. My boot SSD was almost full. I never changed the transcode temp folder. Hooked up an external drive as just the temp folder, went off wifi, and my cellular sucks at my house and could scrub through a UHD BR with no delay and no starting and stopping anymore. 1
