njf 4 Posted September 28, 2025 Posted September 28, 2025 I'm not sure whether the log was sent from the app so I attach it here. I have tried playing multiple videos on my Razr 50 Ultra (2024). I get sound only - no video at all. The screen goes black while playing. I do not have that problem on my Samsung S25. If the log was sent, it was sent at about 9am EDT (8am EST) and the user name was Paty. Please help. Norman emby_android_1759063439893.txt
