To remove the top heading you could try this:

h1.viewTitle {
display: none;
}

It worked for me, but your page layout and naming looks slightly different to mine.

With the social media buttons (AFAIK) you cannot add elements to a page with just CSS alone.

Emby is a personal, non-commercial server platform, which you might share with family and friends if you chose so. Any commercial usage is in direct breach of Terms of Service and such usage will not be facilitated in any way, shape or form on official forums.
