brothom 177 Posted September 26, 2025 Posted September 26, 2025 (edited) This one has been bugging me but I kept forgetting to make an FR. On any web client, the search input has "autocomplete" enabled, resulting in an annoying popup that also suggests the wildest things : I can't remember searching for my own username, there's that. Regardless: there is already an autocomplete provided by Emby itself so the two also overlap: This can be fixed by adding the autocomplete attribute (autocomplete="off") to the search input. <input is="emby-input" type="search" labelclass="navDrawerSearchFieldContainer-label" label="" placeholder="Search" title="Search" data-autocompleteitems="true" class="txtNavDrawerSearch emby-input emby-input-smaller" data-refocus="false" id="embyinput0" autocomplete="off" <!-- add this--> > Edited September 26, 2025 by brothom

Thanks. @Lukelooking at app.emby.media this FR seems to be applied to the web app now, the autocomplete="off" is added within the templates. Is that correct? Edited September 29, 2025 by brothom
