HI,
I am constantly fighting with this error from Emby for watching Live TV. I will do my best to describe the issue but if i leave out critial information please let me know. I am running a lockerstor 6607T and running it in docker container

  emby:
    image: lscr.io/linuxserver/emby:latest
    container_name: emby
    environment:
      - PUID=****
      - PGID=****
      - TZ=America/Vancouver
    devices:
      - /dev/dri:/dev/dri
    ports:
      - "8096:8096"
    volumes:
      - /volume1/Docker/emby/config:/config
      - /volume2/nastitty_hdd/media/tv:/tv
      - /volume2/nastitty_hdd/media/movies:/movies
      - /volume2/nastitty_hdd/media/audio:/audio
      - /volume2/nastitty_hdd/media/books/ebooks:/ebooks
      - /volume2/nastitty_hdd/media/books/audiobooks:/audiobooks
      - /volume1/Docker/iptvboss/output:/iptv:ro
      - /volume2/nastitty_hdd/recordings:/recordings
      - /volume1/Docker/scripts:/scripts
    restart: always

Currently I am building my m3u playlist from IPTV boss and outputting the m3u file from iptvboss to /volume1/Docker/iptvboss/output:/iptv emby then grabs it and i am able to watch the playlist. it works for a few days and then i get this error. without changing anything i am able to watch it on VLC.

I added a user agent to the live tv settings and i added: VLC/3.0.18 LibVLC/3.0.18 to the user agent header.  I dont understand why it works with VLC but not Emby?

i added logs below from the recent occurance.

HI, so at the end of the log you can see the connection timed out. This could also be a form of your provider blocking you where they just never respond to the stream request. So if this is what's going on then the question is what is the server doing that they're not liking...

Are you able to play a different channel when this happens? Are all the channel urls in the m3u going to the same domain ?

Does the provider have a limit to the number of simultaneous streams that you're allowed?

I thought they would be blocking me but i'm not sure why it would work with VLC right after i get that message. I did get it to work now by deleting the tuner and re-installing it and now the streams work. but i have a feeling its not going to last. which kinda makes me think its a user agent issue or M3u tuner is the issue? but i'm not 100% i feel like i am running out of options.
No i am not able to play any stream when this error happens

yes all channels are through the same domain.

yes it only has 1 simultaneous stream and i can confirm in all these tests i have never gone over that limit.

When it happened had you switched from one channel to another?

no i always test it on the same channel #1 because its always the first one that plays in VLC

I will literally pay anyone $100 if they can solve this issue. I got it working last night by deleting m3u tuner plugin and re-installing but after 24 hours it's back to that error. I don't know if it has to do with playlist syncing from iptvboss. Agent headers or what. But VLC has no issue playing at any time. Is there a way to mimic it from the back end?
