Free trakt.tv with emby not connecting

Trakt with Emby hasn’t worked for me for the past year or two. I’m using Trakt more lately, and trying out Trakt’s Automatic Tracking feature with streaming services. So I’m hoping to learn how to get it working with Emby again too.
