It works with the TV content type and file naming based on the recommended file names on the SportsDb event pages. In other words, click on an event and at the bottom you will see suggested file names. I believe the entire file name gets sent to SportsDb for the lookup, which means you'll need to strictly follow these conventions or it will be unlikely to match. Enjoy. I have installed the new plugin, restared my emby. My Sports library is created as TV content. my structre in the folder is: Sports/NFL/S2025/NFL 2025-09-07 Raiders vs Patriots.mkv for example. I have set SportsDB to be the provider of metadata an images on the library. But still nothing in the new library. Any tips? Edited September 25, 2025 by EmilD
Luke 42077 Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 Hi there, what exactly do you mean by "nothing in the new library" ? How to Report a Problem
EmilD 1 Posted January 14 Author Posted January 14 Well, if i create a library that is "Home videos" i can find all files that comes in the folders (for example) Sports/NFL/S2025/NFL 2025-09-07 Raiders vs Patriots.mkv But if I create a library that has the content type "TV Shows" and choose thesportsdb as source of metadata its just an empty library, nothing to be shown.

How are your files named and organized?
