Embedded subtitles do not work...

So I have noticed I have been having a ton of issues with subtitles also. I keep reading on the forums that it’s a Roku issue. One solution is to use the “Burn in SSA subtitles” which does not work on multiple different files. I tried Jellyfin and the Jellyfin Roku app works just fine with all the files that Emby cannot seem to display. I would have to say it is less of a Roku issue and more of a Emby issue. If Jellyfin can do it then there is no reason Emby can’t figure it out.
